Senior Architect

Experience: 3+ years
  • We are seeking a talented and dedicated Architects with 3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should be creative, technically sound, and capable of delivering unique design solutions using AI tools.
  • *B.Arch with a minimum 3 years of experience with COA Registration *Experience in designing premium residences, commercial buildings, and hospitality projects *Strong in design, detailing, and presentation *Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite *Experience with AI-based design tools is a plus *Fluent in English (written & spoken) *Excellent client presentation and communication skills *Good team coordination and communication skills **Willing to work with the firm for the long term if Interested share your CV and Portfolio in admin@spacextended.com
