1. Giving More Importance to Aesthetics : Often a dream house is interpreted as a symbol of one’s likeness to architecture . It’s true that the architecture must reflect the character of the life style the inhabitants occupy . But at the same time compromising functionally to achieve aesthetic value would dilapidate the design substantially . This would enable to handle vehicular movements and also to set an idea of how many car parks can be provided for the residence . Though such areas are treated with Matt finish or non glossy flooring materials , it’s often advisable to use R9 -R10 for kitchens and R-11 to R 13 for washrooms / pool decks where slipping is anticipated.
